A creamy, flavorful vegan cheese made with coconut milk and nutritional yeast, perfect for spreading or as a topping.

Ingredients

  • 1 can coconut milk
  • 1/4 cup nutritional yeast
  • 1/2 cup tapioca flour
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt to taste
  • Optional herbs or spices for flavoring

Instructions

  1. Combine the ingredients in a saucepan, stirring well to incorporate.
