Ingredients

  • Flour tortillas
  • Feta cheese
  • Spinach
  • Cherry tomatoes
  • Olives
  • Red onion
  • Olive oil
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Instructions

  1. Prepare Your Pan: Heat a pan over medium heat and add a drizzle of olive oil.
  2. Lay the Tortilla: Place one tortilla in the pan and allow it to warm up.
  3. Layer the Ingredients: Spread feta cheese, spinach, cherry tomatoes, olives, and red onion on half of the tortilla.
