Ingredients

  • Pizza dough
  • Mozzarella cheese
  • Pepperoni
  • Garlic powder
  • Butter
  • Olive oil
  • Parsley
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 450°F (232°C).
  2. Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface and cut it into squares—about 3 inches on each side.
  3. Place a small piece of mozzarella cheese and a couple of pepperoni slices onto each square of dough.
  4. Carefully roll up each dough square, sealing the edges tightly.
  5. Combine melted butter, garlic powder, and chopped parsley in a small bowl.
  6. Generously brush the garlic butter mixture over the top of each rolled pizza bite.
  7. Place the rolls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, leaving space between each one.
  8. Bake for about 12-15 minutes or until golden brown and bubbly.
  9. Remove from the oven and let cool for a couple of minutes before serving warm.
