Delightful pizza rolls filled with gooey mozzarella and brushed with garlic butter, perfect for game nights or cozy family dinners.

Ingredients

  • Pizza dough
  • Mozzarella cheese
  • Garlic (minced)
  • Butter
  • Olive oil
  • Pizza sauce (for dipping)
  • Dried oregano
  • Salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Roll out the pizza dough on a lightly floured surface.
  3. Place a generous piece of mozzarella cheese on one end of each rectangle.
  4. Begin rolling the dough around the cheese tightly and pinch the ends to seal them securely.
  5. Melt the butter and mix in minced garlic and dried oregano.
  6. Brush the pizza rolls with the garlic butter mixture.
  7. Place the rolls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake for 15-20 minutes.
  8. Serve hot with pizza sauce for dipping.
