Delightful garlic bread bowls filled with spaghetti, combining two beloved dishes into one comforting meal.

Ingredients

  • 1 loaf of Italian bread
  • 3 tablespoons of butter
  • 4 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 1 cup of cooked spaghetti
  • 1/2 cup of marinara sauce
  • 1/2 cup of shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup of grated Parmesan cheese
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cut the Italian bread in half and hollow out the center.
  3. Melt the butter in a small saucepan over medium heat, then sauté the minced garlic until fragrant.
  4. Brush the inside of each bread bowl with the garlic butter mixture.
  5. Combine the cooked spaghetti with marinara sauce, salt, and pepper in a large mixing bowl.
  6. Fill each hollowed-out bread bowl with the spaghetti mixture.
  7. Top each bread bowl with shredded mozzarella and grated Parmesan cheese.
  8. Bake in the oven for 10-15 minutes, until the cheese is melted and golden.
  9. Garnish with freshly chopped parsley and serve warm.

Notes

For best flavor, use freshly minced garlic. If storing leftovers, reheat in the oven for optimal texture.
