A quick and flavorful teriyaki tofu recipe combining crispy tofu with vibrant vegetables, perfect for busy weeknights.

  • 1/4 cup teriyaki sauce
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 1 cup bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 cup carrots, sliced
  • Cooked rice or quinoa, for serving
  • Sesame seeds, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Press and cube the tofu. Begin by pressing the tofu to remove excess moisture and slice it into cubes.
  2. Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  3. Sauté the cubed tofu until golden brown, about 7-10 minutes.
  4. Mix and pour the teriyaki sauce over the browned tofu.
  5. Stir-fry the broccoli, bell pepper, and carrots for 5-7 minutes until tender yet crisp.
  6. Serve the teriyaki tofu over rice or quinoa and garnish with sesame seeds.
