A rich and creamy vegan cheese ball that’s bursting with flavor, perfect for gatherings and snack sessions.

Ingredients

  • 1 block of firm tofu
  • 1/4 cup nutritional yeast
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/4 cup fresh herbs (like chives and parsley)
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Drain and press the tofu to remove excess water.
  2. In a food processor, combine the pressed tofu, nutritional yeast, lemon juice, garlic powder, onion powder, and fresh herbs.
  3. Blend until smooth and creamy, scraping down the sides as needed.
  4. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  5. Shape the mixture into a ball and wrap it in plastic wrap.
  6. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.

Notes

Enjoy with your favorite crackers or fresh vegetables. Can be made in advance and stored for up to a week.
