A quick and easy dish that combines the flavors of traditional egg rolls in a bowl without the hassle of wrappers.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground pork
  • 1 bag coleslaw mix
  • 3 green onions, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon fresh ginger, grated
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Sesame seeds for garnish

Instructions

  1. Heat the sesame oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add the ground pork and cook until browned, breaking it up into small crumbles.
  3. Stir in minced garlic and grated ginger, infusing the pork with flavor.
  4. Add coleslaw mix and chopped green onions; cook until cabbage is tender.
  5. Stir in soy sauce, adding salt and pepper to taste.
  6. Cook for a few more minutes until everything is well combined and heated through.
  7. Serve hot, sprinkled with sesame seeds for garnish.

Notes

Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container for up to 3 days. This dish is versatile and can be customized with different proteins or vegetables.
