A luxurious breakfast casserole combining poached eggs, Canadian bacon, and silky Hollandaise sauce, perfect for brunch gatherings.

  • 2 cups milk
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 loaf of English muffins, torn into pieces
  • 1 1/2 cups cooked Canadian bacon, diced
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions
  • Hollandaise sauce (for serving)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a large baking dish.
  2. Whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, pepper, and Dijon mustard until frothy.
  3. Layer the torn English muffins in the prepared baking dish.
  4. Sprinkle the diced Canadian bacon, shredded cheddar cheese, and chopped green onions over the English muffins.
  5. Pour the egg mixture evenly over the layered ingredients.
  6. Bake for 45-50 minutes until set and golden.
  7. Let cool for a few minutes before serving, then drizzle with warm Hollandaise sauce.
