A delightful breakfast sandwich featuring creamy eggs, rich cheddar, and buttery brioche, perfect for any morning.

Ingredients

  • 2 slices of brioche bread
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 slice of cheddar cheese
  • 1 tablespoon of mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon of butter
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chives for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Melting the butter: In a skillet, melt the butter over medium heat.
  2. Cooking the eggs: Crack the eggs into the skillet and cook to your desired doneness, seasoning with salt and pepper.
  3. Toasting the bread: While the eggs are cooking, toast the brioche bread until golden brown.
  4. Spreading the mayo: Spread mayonnaise on one slice of bread.
  5. Assembling the layers: Place the cooked eggs on top of the mayonnaise, add the slice of cheddar cheese, and cover with the other slice of bread.
