  • 1 cup Heavy Whipping Cream (very cold for maximum volume)

Instructions

  1. Boil the Water: Start by boiling 1 cup of water to prepare for dissolving the gelatin powder.
  2. Dissolve the Jello: In a medium bowl, stir the sugar-free Jello powder into the boiling water until fully dissolved to ensure a smooth mixture.
  3. Chill the Jello Mix: Place the dissolved Jello mixture into the refrigerator for about 1 hour to allow it to thicken and partially set.
  4. Whip the Cream: In a separate bowl, whip 1 cup of very cold heavy whipping cream on high speed for 2-3 minutes until stiff peaks form, which helps create a fluffy texture.
  5. Combine the Mixtures: Carefully fold the thickened Jello mixture into the whipped cream and continue whipping until the mixture is light, airy, and well combined.
  6. Spoon and Chill: Spoon the fluffy mixture into individual serving dishes and chill for another hour before serving to set the dessert fully and enhance its texture.
