Ingredients

  • English muffins
  • Eggs
  • Cheese (cheddar or American)
  • Cooked bacon or sausage
  • Butter or oil for cooking

Instructions

  1. Cook the Eggs: Heat a skillet over medium heat, add butter or oil, crack in the eggs, season, and shape them with a ring mold.
  2. Toast the English Muffins: Split and toast the English muffins until lightly golden.
  3. Layer the Goodness: On each muffin half, lay down an egg, a slice of cheese, and your choice of meat.
  4. Assemble & Wrap: Close each sandwich and wrap it tightly in foil or parchment paper.
  5. Freeze for Later Use: Place wrapped sandwiches in the freezer for up to three months.
  6. Reheat & Enjoy: Unwrap and microwave for 1-2 minutes until heated through.
