French Dip Sliders

Savory roast beef sliders topped with sweet, caramelized onions, perfect for gatherings and dipped in au jus.

Ingredients

  • Slider buns
  • Roast beef
  • Caramelized onions
  • Cheese (optional)
  • Au jus for dipping
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Butter

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Carefully slice the slider buns in half and place the bottom halves in a baking dish.
  3. Generously layer the tender roast beef on top of the bottom halves of the buns.
  4. Add the caramelized onions on top of the roast beef and sprinkle cheese if desired.
  5. Place the top halves of the buns over the layered ingredients.
  6. Melt butter and mix in au jus seasoning, then brush over the tops of the buns.
  7. Cover with foil and bake for 15-20 minutes, then uncover and bake for another 5-10 minutes until golden brown.
  8. Serve alongside au jus for dipping.

Notes

These sliders are best enjoyed fresh, but can be stored in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 2 days.
