  • 4 large eggs
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • Optional toppings: syrup, powdered sugar, fruit

Instructions

  1. Grease the baking dish.
  2. Cut the bread into bite-sized cubes.
  3. Prepare the egg mixture by whisking together eggs, milk, sugar, vanilla extract, ground cinnamon, and salt.
  4. Pour the egg mixture over the cubed bread.
  5. Cover the dish with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
