  • 1 package cream cheese (8 oz)
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup assorted fresh fruits (e.g., strawberries, blueberries, kiwi)
  • 1/4 cup fruit preserve or glaze (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven according to the sugar cookie dough package instructions. Roll out the dough and place it on a pizza pan; bake until golden. Allow to cool completely.
  2. Mix the cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract in a mixing bowl until smooth.
  3. Spread the cream cheese blend over the cooled cookie crust.
  4. Arrange the assorted fruits on top of the cream cheese layer.
  5. Heat the fruit preserves in a microwave and brush over the fruit for a glaze, if desired.
  6. Slice the fruit pizza into wedges and serve chilled.

Notes

Store in the refrigerator covered with plastic wrap. Best enjoyed within 2-3 days.
