Delightful fruit quesadillas filled with creamy cheese and fresh fruit, perfect for a quick breakfast or indulgent snack.

Ingredients

  • 2 Tortillas
  • 4 oz Cream cheese
  • 1 cup Blueberries (or any fruit of your choice)
  • Optional: powdered sugar or honey for serving

Instructions

  1. Spread cream cheese over one side of a tortilla.
  2. Add a layer of fresh blueberries on top of the cream cheese.
  3. Fold the tortilla in half, pressing gently to seal.
  4. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown.
  5. Slice into wedges and serve warm, optionally drizzled with honey or dusted with powdered sugar.

Notes

Use room-temperature cream cheese for easier spreading and feel free to experiment with different fruits.
