  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a baking pan.
  2. Combine the Greek yogurt, applesauce, eggs, and vanilla in a bowl until smooth.
  3. Stir in the cocoa powder, honey (or maple syrup), baking powder, and salt until combined.
  4. Pour the batter into the greased baking pan and spread it evenly.
