Deliciously fudgy brownies made with Greek yogurt for a healthier treat without refined sugar.

  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 1/2 cup almond flour
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a baking dish to prevent sticking.
  2. Combine Greek yogurt, cocoa powder, honey (or maple syrup), and eggs in a bowl and whisk until smooth.
  3. Add almond flour, vanilla extract, salt, and baking powder to the wet mixture and stir gently until just combined.
  4. Pour the batter into the prepared baking dish and spread it evenly.
  5. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  6. Let the brownies cool before cutting them into squares.

Notes

For a gluten-free variation, substitute almond flour with coconut flour. You can also add nuts or dark chocolate chips for extra flavor.
