Instructions

  1. Combine dry ingredients: In a bowl, combine flour, yeast, salt, and sugar.
  2. Add wet ingredients: Add warm water and melted butter, mixing until a dough forms.
  3. Knead the dough: Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 5 minutes.
  4. Let the dough rise: Let it rise in a warm place until doubled in size, about 1 hour.
  5. Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  6. Shape the rolls: Punch down the dough and shape it into rolls.
  7. Prepare the baking sheet: Place the rolls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  8. Make the garlic butter mixture: In a small bowl, mix softened butter, garlic, and parsley.
