  • 4 tbsp butter
  • 4 garlic cloves, minced
  • 12 oz cheesy Italian sausage, sliced
  • 2 cups fresh spinach
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the spaghetti according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. Melt butter in a large pan over medium heat. Sauté garlic until fragrant, about 1-2 minutes.
  3. Add sliced Italian sausage and cook until golden brown.
  4. Stir in spinach and cook until wilted.
  5. Toss cooked spaghetti with the sausage and garlic butter mixture.
  6. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  7. Serve hot, garnished with grated Parmesan cheese.
