  • Italian sausage
  • Spinach
  • Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Boil the spaghetti according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. Melt the butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  3. Cook the Italian sausage, removed from casings, in the skillet until browned and cooked through.
  4. Wilt the spinach by adding it to the skillet and cooking until just tender.
  5. Combine the cooked spaghetti with the sausage and spinach mixture, mixing well.

  7. Serve with grated Parmesan cheese on top.
