Quick and easy Garlic Butter Steak Bites that deliver restaurant-quality flavors at home.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 pound steak (sirloin or ribeye), cut into bite-sized cubes
  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Heat the skillet: In a skillet, heat 2 tablespoons of butter over medium-high heat until melted and foamy.
  2. Season the steak: Season the steak cubes generously with salt and pepper, ensuring each piece is well-coated.
  3. Sear the steak bites: Add the seasoned steak to the pan and cook for about 2-3 minutes on each side until browned and cooked to your liking. Don’t overcrowd the pan; if needed, work in batches for that perfect sear.
  4. Add garlic & remaining butter: Reduce heat to medium and add the remaining 2 tablespoons of butter and the minced garlic to the skillet.
  5. Sauté the garlic: Sauté until the garlic is fragrant, about 1-2 minutes, being careful not to let it burn.
  6. Toss steak bites in garlic butter: Toss the steak bites in the rich garlic butter until they are nicely coated with flavor.
  7. Garnish and serve: Remove from heat, garnish with fresh parsley, and serve warm for an irresistible treat!

Notes

For best results, let your steak come to room temperature before cooking and ensure your skillet is preheated for a perfect sear.
