A rich and indulgent steak dish enhanced with garlic butter and a creamy Parmesan sauce, perfect for any occasion.

Ingredients

  • 4 pieces ribeye steaks (About 1-inch thick, 8 oz each)
  • To taste salt
  • To taste pepper
  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • 4 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Season the ribeye steaks generously with salt and pepper on both sides.
  2. Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat and add 2 tablespoons of butter.
  3. Sear the seasoned steaks for about 4-5 minutes on one side.
  4. Flip the steaks and add the remaining butter and minced garlic, cooking for another 4-5 minutes.
  5. Rest the steaks for 5 minutes before slicing.
  6. Make the cream sauce by adding the heavy cream to the skillet, whisking continuously.
  7. Thicken the sauce by adding the grated Parmesan cheese and whisking until thickened, about 3-4 minutes.
  8. Plate the steak slices and drizzle the Parmesan cream sauce on top.
  9. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve immediately.

Notes

Allow ribeye steaks to come to room temperature before cooking for even doneness. Use a meat thermometer to ensure perfect doneness.
