A creamy and rich pasta dish featuring bold flavors from garlic and pepper jack cheese, combined with tender steak for an indulgent meal.

Ingredients

  • Penne pasta
  • Steak (sirloin or flank)
  • Pepper jack cheese
  • Garlic
  • Butter
  • Heavy cream
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Olive oil
  • Parsley (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Cook the penne pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. Season the steak with salt and pepper. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat and cook the steak until desired doneness. Remove and let rest before slicing into strips.
  3. Sauté in the same skillet, add butter and minced garlic. Sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  4. Create the cream sauce by adding heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Stir in the pepper jack cheese and let it melt, stirring until the sauce is creamy.
  5. Combine the cooked penne and sliced steak to the sauce, toss until well coated.
  6. Serve hot, garnished with chopped parsley.
