A vibrant and flavorful grilled salmon dish infused with garlic and fresh herbs, perfect for summer cookouts or easy weeknight dinners.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 salmon fillets
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon fresh dill, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Marinade: In a bowl, mix together the minced garlic, olive oil, parsley, dill, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
  2. Marinate the Salmon: Marinate the salmon fillets in the mixture for at least 30 minutes, allowing the flavors to meld beautifully into the fish.
  3. Preheat the Grill: Preheat the grill to medium-high heat, making sure it’s hot and ready for those fillets.
  4. Grill the Salmon: Place the marinated salmon on the grill and cook for about 5-6 minutes on each side, or until the fish flakes easily with a fork.
  5. Serve Hot: Once cooked, remove the salmon from the grill and serve hot, garnished with more herbs or a squeeze of lemon for an extra punch!

Notes

For added depth of flavor, consider adding red pepper flakes to the marinade. Leftover salmon can be stored in the fridge for up to two days.
