Crispy chicken breasts topped with a rich garlic and Parmesan crust, perfect for a weeknight dinner.

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chopped parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  3. Season the chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
  4. Sear the chicken in the skillet until browned, about 5-7 minutes per side.
  5. Mix the minced garlic and Parmesan cheese in a bowl.
  6. Place the browned chicken in a baking dish and top with the garlic-Parmesan mixture.
  7. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until cooked through.
  8. Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
