Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb steak (sirloin or ribeye), cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 2 cups baby potatoes, halved
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Combine the steak pieces, halved baby potatoes, minced garlic, olive oil, salt, and pepper in a large bowl and toss until coated.
  3. Spread the mixture out on a baking sheet in a single layer.
  4. Roast for 20-25 minutes, checking for tenderness in potatoes and desired steak doneness.
  5. Garnish with freshly chopped parsley and serve immediately.

Notes

For best flavor, use ribeye steak. Avoid overcrowding the baking sheet for optimal roasting.
