Delight in juicy steak bites, perfectly seared and infused with garlic, accompanied by tender baby potatoes.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb steak (sirloin or ribeye), cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 1 lb baby potatoes, halved
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Heat the olive oil in a large pan over medium-high heat.
  2. Add the baby potatoes to the pan and season with salt and pepper; cook for 10-15 minutes until golden brown.
  3. Push the potatoes to one side, then add the butter and garlic to the empty side; sauté for about 1 minute.
  4. Increase the heat to high and add the steak pieces; season with salt and pepper and cook for 3-5 minutes.
  5. Stir everything together to let the flavors meld.
  6. Remove from heat and garnish with chopped parsley.

Notes

For best results, ensure your pan is hot before adding the steak and allow it to rest briefly before serving.
