A delightful dish that combines perfectly cooked steak with garlic-infused tortellini and vibrant vegetables, offering a comforting meal in under 30 minutes.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 8 oz tortellini
  • 1 lb steak (sirloin or ribeye)
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 cup spinach
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Parmesan cheese for serving

Instructions

  1. Cook the tortellini according to package instructions. Once tender and al dente, drain them and set them aside.
  2. Sear the steak in a large skillet with heated olive oil, seasoning generously with salt and pepper, cooking for about 4-5 minutes on each side to your desired doneness. Let it rest and then slice thinly.
  3. Sauté the minced garlic in the same skillet for about 1 minute until fragrant.
  4. Add the halved cherry tomatoes and cook until softened, about 2-3 minutes.
  5. Incorporate the spinach and the cooked tortellini, stirring gently to combine.
  6. Slice the rested steak and place it artfully on top of the tortellini mixture, serving hot with freshly grated Parmesan cheese.

Notes
