Easy and delightful bars that capture the nostalgic taste of s’mores, perfect for sharing or enjoying alone.

Ingredients

  • 3 cups Golden Grahams cereal
  • 1 cup mini marshmallows
  • 1 cup chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter
  • 1/2 cup light corn syrup
  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs

Instructions

  1. In a large saucepan over medium heat, melt the butter. Stir in the corn syrup and bring to a gentle simmer. Remove from heat when it starts bubbling slightly.
  2. Combine the Golden Grahams cereal and graham cracker crumbs in a large mixing bowl.
  3. Pour the warm butter and corn syrup mixture over the cereal and graham crackers. Stir until thoroughly coated.
  4. Gently fold in the mini marshmallows and chocolate chips.
  5. Grease a 9×13 inch baking dish and press the mixture firmly into it.

Notes

For extra flavor, add a pinch of sea salt on top before cooling. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 5 days.
