  • 2 tbsp Lemon juice

  • 2 tsp Oregano

  • 1 cup Cherry tomatoes
  • 1 Cucumber, sliced
  • 1 Red onion, sliced
  • 1 cup Feta cheese
  • 1/2 cup Yogurt
  • 2 tbsp Fresh dill

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Chicken Marinade: Cut chicken into cubes and marinate with olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, oregano, salt, and pepper for at least 30 minutes.
  2. Assemble the Skewers: Thread the marinated chicken onto skewers, ensuring even distribution for uniform cooking.
  3. Grill the Chicken: Grill the skewers over medium heat until cooked through, typically about 10-15 minutes, flipping halfway through for an even char.
  4. Whip Up the Feta Dip: Prepare the feta dip by blending feta cheese, yogurt, olive oil, and fresh dill until smooth and creamy.
  5. Compose Your Grazing Board: Arrange the grilled chicken, pita bread, cherry tomatoes, cucumber slices, and red onion on a lovely grazing board.
