A delightful Greek chicken dish bursting with lemon and feta flavors, perfect for family gatherings or weeknight dinners.

Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 lemons (juice and zest)
  • 1 cup feta cheese, crumbled
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Mix together the juice and zest of the lemons, olive oil, dried oregano, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  3. Coat the chicken breasts in a baking dish and pour the lemon marinade over them.
  4. Sprinkle crumbled feta cheese on top of the chicken.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes until cooked through.
  6. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve.
