  • 1 cup cooked shredded chicken
  • 1/2 cup orzo pasta
  • 3 eggs
  • 3 tablespoons fresh dill, chopped
  • 1/2 cup fresh lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Bring your broth to a simmer in a large pot over medium heat.
  2. Add the orzo pasta and cook according to package instructions until al dente.
  3. Whisk together the eggs and fresh lemon juice in a mixing bowl.
