Juicy and zesty Greek Turkey Burgers packed with Mediterranean flavors, including feta cheese and fresh herbs.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground turkey
  • 1/2 cup feta cheese, crumbled
  • 1/4 cup chopped red onion
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Olive oil for grilling
  • Burger buns
  • Tzatziki sauce (optional)
  • Lettuce and tomato for toppings (optional)

Instructions

  1. Combine the ground turkey, feta cheese, red onion, parsley, garlic, oregano, salt, and pepper in a large bowl. Stir gently until mixed.
  2. Form the mixture into patties about 1/2 inch thick. Make a small indentation in the center of each patty.
  3. Prepare the grill or skillet over medium heat and brush it generously with olive oil.
  4. Grill the patties for about 5-7 minutes on each side until no longer pink in the center.
  5. Assemble the burgers on toasted buns with tzatziki sauce, lettuce, and tomato.

Notes

These burgers are best enjoyed fresh off the grill but can be stored in the fridge for up to 3 days.
