  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 ripe mangos, diced
  • 1 avocado, diced
  • 1 lime, juiced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional)
  • Fresh cilantro for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Mix olive oil, salt, black pepper, paprika, and cayenne pepper in a small bowl.
  3. Rub the mixture generously over the chicken breasts.
  4. Place the chicken on the grill and grill for 6-7 minutes on each side.
  5. Combine the diced mangos, avocados, and lime juice in a bowl to make the salsa.
  6. Let the chicken rest for a few minutes before slicing.
  7. Serve the grilled chicken topped with the mango-avocado mixture and garnish with fresh cilantro.
