These Grilled Shrimp Tacos deliver a burst of flavor, featuring succulent grilled shrimp, crunchy cabbage, and creamy avocado, all tucked into warm tortillas.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tsp chili powder
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 8 small corn or flour tortillas
  • 1 cup cabbage, shredded
  • 1 avocado, sliced
  • Fresh cilantro, for garnish
  • Lime wedges, for serving

Instructions

  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Toss shrimp with olive oil, chili powder, cumin, salt, and pepper.
  3. Thread shrimp onto skewers, if desired.
  4. Place skewered shrimp on the grill and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side.
  5. Warm the tortillas on the grill for about 30 seconds on each side.
  6. Assemble tacos by placing grilled shrimp on each tortilla, topped with cabbage and avocado.
  7. Garnish with fresh cilantro and serve with lime wedges.
