Juicy grilled steak kabobs paired with vibrant vegetables, perfect for summer gatherings.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound steak (sirloin or ribeye), cut into 1-inch cubes
  • 1 bell pepper, cut into 1-inch pieces
  • 1 onion, cut into wedges
  • 1 zucchini, sliced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Skewers (wooden or metal)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Combine the olive oil, minced garlic, salt, black pepper, and paprika in a bowl.
  3. Add the steak cubes, bell pepper, onion, and zucchini to the bowl and toss until coated.
  4. Thread the steak and vegetables onto the skewers, alternating ingredients.
  5. Place the skewers on the grill and cook for about 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally.
  6. Remove from the grill and serve hot.

Notes

Soak wooden skewers in water for 30 minutes before grilling to prevent burning.
