Ingredients

  • 1 lb Steak (sirloin or ribeye)
  • 1 Bell pepper
  • 1 Onion
  • 1 Zucchini
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • 1 tsp Garlic powder
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste
  • Skewers

Instructions

  1. Cut the steak into 1-inch cubes and the vegetables into similar-sized pieces.
  2. Prepare the marinade by combining olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  3. Toss the steak and vegetables in the mixture until evenly coated.
  4. Assemble the skewers by alternating steak and vegetables.
  5. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  6. Grill the kabobs for 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally, until steak reaches desired doneness.

Notes
