A comforting grilled tofu sandwich featuring creamy avocado, fresh lettuce, juicy tomato, and flavorful vegan mayonnaise—a delightful and easy meal for any time.

Ingredients

  • Tofu deli meat
  • Whole grain bread or sandwich rolls
  • Olive oil
  • Salt and pepper
  • Lettuce
  • Tomato slices
  • Avocado
  • Vegan mayonnaise or dressing

Instructions

  1. Preheat the grill over medium heat.
  2. Brush the tofu deli meat with olive oil, seasoning with salt and pepper.
  3. Grill the tofu for 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown.
  4. Toast the whole grain bread or rolls on the grill until lightly browned.
  5. Assemble the sandwich with grilled tofu, lettuce, tomato, avocado, and vegan mayonnaise.
