A comforting Ground Beef Casserole recipe blending hearty ground beef, tender pasta, vibrant veggies, and melty cheese into one delicious dish.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 cups cooked pasta
  • 1 can (15 oz) tomato sauce
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
  • 1 cup frozen mixed vegetables
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Sauté the ground beef with the chopped onion until cooked.
  3. Mix the beef mixture, cooked pasta, tomato sauce, shredded cheese, mixed veggies, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a large bowl.
  4. Transfer the mixture to a greased casserole dish.
  5. Bake covered with aluminum foil for 25 minutes.
  6. Remove the foil and continue baking for an additional 10 minutes.
  7. Rest for a few minutes before serving.

Notes

This casserole can be customized with different veggies or cheese types. Great for using leftovers.
