Delicious zucchini boats stuffed with savory ground beef, marinara sauce, and gooey mozzarella cheese, perfect for a comforting meal any night of the week.

Ingredients

  • 4 medium zucchinis
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 cup marinara sauce
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cut the zucchinis in half lengthwise and scoop out the center.
  3. Warm a drizzle of olive oil in a skillet over medium heat, then add the ground beef.
  4. Stir in the marinara sauce, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper; simmer for a couple of minutes.
  5. Fill each zucchini boat with the beef mixture.
