A quick and healthy ground turkey stir fry with vibrant vegetables and aromatic flavors.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups mixed vegetables (bell peppers, broccoli, carrots)
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon ginger, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add the minced garlic and ginger, stirring for 1-2 minutes.
  3. Introduce the ground turkey, seasoning with salt and pepper; scramble until browned.
  4. Stir in the mixed vegetables and soy sauce; cook for an additional 5-7 minutes.
