A quick and delicious Ground Turkey Stir Fry featuring colorful vegetables and savory soy sauce, perfect for busy weeknights.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground turkey
  • 1 cup bell peppers, sliced
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 1 cup carrots, sliced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add the minced garlic to the pan and sauté for about 1 minute.
  3. Add ground turkey into the skillet, cooking until browned, about 5-7 minutes.
  4. Toss in the bell peppers, broccoli, and carrots, stir-frying for 5-7 minutes.
  5. Stir in soy sauce along with a pinch of salt and pepper, cooking for another 2 minutes.
  6. Serve your stir fry hot, straight from the skillet.

Notes

Pairs well with jasmine rice or noodles. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days.
