Delicious, easy-to-make breakfast sliders filled with ham, cheese, and egg, perfect for sharing with family and friends.

Ingredients

  • Slider buns
  • Sliced ham
  • Sliced cheese (e.g., Swiss or cheddar)
  • Eggs
  • Milk
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Butter
  • Mustard (optional)
  • Fresh herbs (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  3. Line a baking dish with slider buns and layer them with sliced ham and cheese. If desired, spread a little mustard on the buns for an extra zing!
  4. Pour the egg mixture over the sliders, ensuring that they are well-coated and soaked in that creamy goodness.
