Delicious and versatile ham, cheese, and egg cups perfect for breakfast, brunch, or a quick dinner.

Ingredients

  • 8 slices of ham
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or your choice)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional: chopped vegetables (e.g., bell peppers, spinach)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Grease a muffin tin generously to prevent sticking.
  3. Press each slice of ham into the muffin cups to create a little cup shape.
  4. Carefully crack an egg into each ham cup.
  5. Sprinkle cheese on top and season each cup with salt and pepper.
  6. If desired, add some chopped vegetables for a burst of color and nutrition.
  7. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the eggs are set to your liking.
  8. Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving.

Notes
