Irresistibly comforting ham and cheese sliders, perfect for gatherings and casual dinners.

Ingredients

  • Slider buns
  • Ham
  • Cheese (e.g., Swiss or Cheddar)
  • Butter
  • Dijon mustard
  • Poppy seeds
  • Garlic powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Slice the slider buns in half and place the bottom halves in a baking dish.
  3. Layer generous slices of ham and cheese on top of the bottom halves of the buns.
  4. Add the top halves of the buns, capping off the fillings.
  5. Mix melted butter, Dijon mustard, poppy seeds, and garlic powder in a bowl.
  6. Brush the mixture over the tops of the buns.
  7. Cover the dish with foil and bake for 15 minutes.
  8. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes until golden.
  9. Serve warm and enjoy!

Notes

For an extra crispy top, broil the sliders for a minute after baking. Feel free to switch up the meats or use whole grain buns for a healthier option.
