Delightful Ham and Cheese Sticks perfect for sharing, snacking, or as an appetizer, featuring flaky puff pastry, melty cheese, and savory ham.

Ingredients

  • 1 package puff pastry
  • 4 slices ham
  • 4 slices cheese
  • 1 egg (for egg wash)
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Roll out the puff pastry on a lightly floured surface and cut into strips about 2 inches wide.
  3. Place a slice of ham and a slice of cheese on each pastry strip.
  4. Roll the pastry around the ham and cheese.
  5. Brush with egg wash and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
  6. Bake on a parchment-lined baking sheet for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
  7. Allow to cool slightly before serving warm.
