A comforting and cheesy hash brown casserole perfect for gatherings and cozy dinners.

Ingredients

  • 1 bag frozen hash browns
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup melted butter
  • 1 small onion, diced
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Combine the frozen hash browns with sour cream, cream of chicken soup, melted butter, diced onion, and half of the cheddar cheese.
  3. Spread the mixture into a greased baking dish.
  4. Add the remaining cheddar cheese generously on top.
  5. Bake for 45-50 minutes, or until bubbly and golden brown on top.

Notes

Pairs well with a green salad or roasted chicken. Leftovers can be stored in the fridge for 3-4 days or frozen for up to 2-3 months.
