A comforting and creamy Hashbrown Casserole, perfect for brunches and family gatherings, rich with melted cheddar cheese.

  • 1 bag frozen hashbrowns
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup melted butter
  • 1/2 cup chopped onion
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the hashbrowns, cream of chicken soup, sour cream, melted butter, chopped onion, salt, and pepper.
  3. Mix well until all ingredients are fully combined.
  4. Pour the mixture into a greased 9×13-inch baking dish, spreading it evenly.
  5. Spread the shredded cheddar cheese generously on top of the casserole mixture.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 45-50 minutes, or until hot and bubbly.
  7. Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.

You can make this casserole a day in advance and keep it in the fridge before baking.
