A delightful breakfast slider made with sweet Hawaiian rolls, eggs, cheese, and your choice of ham or bacon, perfect for a cozy morning.

  • 8 Hawaiian rolls
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 cup cheese (e.g., cheddar or mozzarella)
  • 6 slices ham or bacon
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • Optional: spinach or other greens

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cook the ham or bacon in a skillet until crispy.
  3. Whisk the eggs in a bowl, adding salt and pepper, then pour into the skillet and cook until just set.
  4. Slice the Hawaiian rolls in half, creating a pocket for the fillings.
  5. Layer the cooked ham or bacon and scrambled eggs on the bottom half of the rolls.
  6. Sprinkle your choice of cheese over the eggs.
  7. Place the top half of the rolls back on.
  8. Melt the butter and brush it over the top of the sliders.
  9. Bake in the oven for 15-20 minutes until the cheese is melted and the tops are golden.
